Account Development Executive Remote position, fully work from home, in Italy

We are now looking for a commercially focused Account Development Executive to lead growth within the public charging and retail segments in Italy. Lead business development efforts across public infrastructure, retail chains, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
• Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position EV charging as a strategic enabler.
• Shape go-to-market strategy based on local insights, regulatory changes, and segment-specific challenges.
• Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and associations to build visibility and influence.
• Proven experience in high-tech B2B sales (e.g. energy, mobility, infrastructure, or industrial sectors).
• A hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new business and closing large, strategic deals.
• Solid understanding of Italy’s public EV charging landscape, from municipalities to private site owners.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills at senior level.
• Strategic thinking, commercial sharpness, and the ability to translate complex solutions into client value.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
