Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPerform Opening and Closing Routines. /li liOperate Register/Point of Sale systems. /li liFulfill OMNI Channel Orders. /li liDemonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales. /li liBuild and maintain Visual Displays. /li liAnalyze reporting to inform decision making. /li liProtect Store Assets perform Inventory Control. /li liRepresent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values. /li /ul h3Work Schedule Requirements /h3 ul liAvailability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. /li liRequired availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. /li liIn addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business. /li /ul h3What it Takes /h3 ul liEducation- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred /li liRetail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. /li liSupervisor/ Managerial Experience - No supervisory/ management experience is required. /li liCEFR B2 Fluency in English Italian, required /li liMaintain a strong customer focus. /li liDemonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. /li liPossess strong communication skills. /li liShow knowledge of current fashion trends. /li liBe energetic, outgoing, and assertive. /li liTake initiative and show confidence. /liliMaster adaptability and flexibility. /li liBalance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented. /li liEngage in applied learning and proactive thinking. /li liExhibit a strong work ethic. /li /ul h3What You’ll Get /h3 pAs an Abercrombie Fitch Co.
