The HR Solutions & Processes Expert plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR operating model across Generali Investments. This role is responsible for the centralized orchestration of HR processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with strategic business goals. A key focus will be on redesigning HR processes in light of the Workday implementation and acting as a strategic liaison between the wider GIH HR central team and the HR teams across GBEs (Generali Business Entities).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end coordination of core HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation review, talent development) across the Generali Investments platform
* Monitor process adherence and quality across GBEs, identifying areas for improvement and harmonization
* Redesign and optimize HR processes to align with the capabilities and best practices enabled by Workday
* Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of redesigned processes into the Workday platform
* Act as a subject matter expert on process simplification, automation, and digital enablement
* Serve as the primary interface between the GIH Center of Expertise and local HR teams to ensure smooth execution of the HR cycle
* Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management initiatives to support local adoption of global HR processes
* Collect feedback from GBEs to inform continuous improvement and customization of HR solutions
* Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR operations, transformation, or process design roles, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment
* Proven experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
* Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
Preferred Skills :
* Experience in asset management or financial services HR environments is a plus
* Familiarity with HR operating models, including CoE, HRBP, and Shared Services structures
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
* Fluency in English; Italian or other European languages are a plus
