Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and inform client decision-making. Design custom analyses using tools like Excel and proprietary software. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and teams. Collaborate with clients and teams to implement solutions. Take responsibility for project tasks and deliverables, learning and growing along the way. Drive problem-solving initiatives and enhance company capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields. Strong academic record with coursework in analytics and quantitative subjects. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Motivated, ethical, mature, and proactive. Excellent communication skills. Empathetic, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality. Self-disciplined in planning and organization.
