We give a proportion of all our profits to Friends of the Earth International. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. /li liCollaborate with design teams to ensure accurate project specifications and requirements. /li liEnsure that all construction activities adhere to regulatory requirements. /li liConduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality. /li liImplement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. /li liMonitor project budgets and expenses, adjusting as needed. /li liIdentify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality. /li liIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. /li liProactively address issues that may arise during construction to minimize project delays. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBS in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) preferred; /li liMinimum 5+ years experience in the construction of Solar PV plants; /li liExperience in construction project management is a must; /li liAbility to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments; /li liStrong communication skills, including the ability to give persuasive presentations. /li /ul h3What’s in it /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary /li liAdditional bonus /li liUnique career progression /li liIndustry growth /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
