The candidate shall operate inside OEN Operations team, interface BLOEN transnationally, and possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a team‑working inclination. With at least 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, and financial focus, the role involves all aspects of project‑management lifecycles and methodologies, working on complex multiprogram environments. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging Process Control actions of the BL, especially those derived from Monthly Program Reviews. /li liEnsuring effective implementation of the BL Operating Model to improve operational efficiency and simplification. /li liProviding support and visibility on company improvement initiatives and compliance with QMS and company rules/processes. /li liSupporting the management of resources for forecast programs in line with the approved commercial scenario. /li liContributing to competitiveness improvement process actions and results. /li liSupporting harmonization and standardization of executive reporting among BLOEN domains. /li liParticipating in major Program MRP’s and Bid’s Gate, identifying critical issues and proposing actions through interfacing entities and stakeholders. /li liSupporting bids and projects in defining PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM, consolidating workload. /li liContributing to monthly analysis of BLOEN domain performance, highlighting risks and proposing corrective actions. /li liSupporting the exploitation and improvement of products in observation, navigation and exploration domains. /li liContributing to national filiere management, PNRR topics, Space Smart Factory and Joint Lab. /li liAssisting OEN documentation preparation, including staff, SBP, MYB notes, presentations and reporting memos. /li liManaging Risks Opportunities Register, tracking mitigation and opportunity plans. /li liProducing KPIs, preparing reporting and ensuring action plan follow‑up. /li /ul h3Required skills, experience and qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Engineering. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience. /li liProject Management expertise. /li liCore Process Development. /li liFeasibility and economic impact assessment. /li liRisk and Opportunity analysis and control plans. /li liWork plan establishment for each lifecycle phase. /li liTransition Change Management. /li liContinuous Improvement. /li liNew Product Development. /li liGood knowledge of financial parameters. /li liEnglish fluent; mother tongue an asset. /li liEngineering and financial experience preferred; digital transformation aspects preferred. /li /ul pAt Thales Alenia Space we provide careers, not just jobs.
