PbIntertek /b, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for a bLead Inspection Engineer /b for a long term project based at supplier in Milan area. /ppbr/ppThe selected profile will ensure the execution of the head office maintenance engineering activities according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. /ppSupervise the execution of design activities relevant to QA and QC Certification, HSE system control, Maintainability and Inspection Criteria and Spare Parts Reliability for cost effective and safe operation in the relevant field of interest. /ppbr/ppbResponsabilities: /b /pulliReviews contractual documentation. /liliConfirms the assigned budget and technical scope. /liliVerifies that the maintenance requirements are accounted for into engineering documents. /liliTakes part in project planning and scheduling. Prepares and keep up-to-date the maintenance engineering execution plan (including the mobilization of personnel).Supervises the preparation of the maintenance procedures. /liliIdentifies the project requirements and constraints and participates to ROKM sessions related to maintenance activities. /liliTakes part in the project review meetings to make sure that the maintenance engineering requirements have been duly complied with. /liliEnsures the preparation and checking of the Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluation falling within own sphere of responsibility. /liliReviews the 3D Model for compliance with the maintenance requirements and for accessibility and inspectability. /liliEnsures the respect of the budget. /liliEnsures the verification of the KPI during the home office activity. /liliReports activities, progress, concerns and issues to the Project /liliPerform inspectability maintainability analysis, asset data gathering /liliBuild asset register and its related spares /liliPerform risk and reliability analysis to support maintenance plans development, procedures and related work instructions ready for CMMS uploading /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliDegree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent /liliMinimum 10 years of experience as Senior Inspection Engineer for EPC Companies /liliExperience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities on Analyzers, Automation System, Mechanical Rotating Equipment /liliKnowledge of the main risks during the operation activities and safe working and environmental protection procedures/practices rules to be applied /liliKnowledge of adequate Personal Protective Equipment /liliKnowledge and the correct use of Permit to Work system /liliNice to have: API Certificates for Piping and Pressure Vessel /li /ul
