Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Prepare and file corporate tax compliance and monthly tax reporting.
* Provide proactive tax advice in corporate direct tax areas to business units.
* Support group projects and initiatives.
* Support the implementation and improvement of the Tax Control Framework.
* Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.
* Provide tax advice for M&A transactions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in national and international tax matters.
* Experience in complex international environments (MNE or consulting firms).
* Strong knowledge of direct taxes, transfer pricing, and international tax law.
* Master’s degree in Business Administration or Law.
* Passion for continuous learning and growth.
* Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
* Proficiency in English and Italian.
