The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.
This role requires proven experience in leading projects within the industry, a deep understanding of processes and methodologies, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
/p pThe Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

/p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Client Management /h3 ul liServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
/li liUnderstand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
/li liRegularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
/li liCollaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client.
/li /ul h3Project Delivery /h3 ul liLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
/li liDevelop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
/li liMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments.
/li /ul h3Team Leadership /h3 ul liStrong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills /li liOversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
/li liProvide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
/li liFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
/li liAbility to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
/li /ul h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices.
/li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
/li liEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
/li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liIdentify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
/li liMonitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
/li liIndustry Knowledge: /li liUnderstand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector.
/li liAnticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Skills and experiences /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
/li li5-7 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role, within Product Industry /li liProven experience managing system integration projects.
/li liProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
