About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to lead commercial growth in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and medical institutions
* Provide consultative sales support to customers, ensuring they receive optimal value from our products and services
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our market position

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and have B2B sales experience in pharma, medtech, or healthcare. Additionally, you should have a proven track record in consultative sales and revenue growth, as well as fluency in Italian and strong English skills.
