Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant, and Shipping Clerk. All role types include performing production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center. Maintaining the link between Corporate Retail Teams and the FC, as well as the reporting & re‐escalation of tickets submitted to Retail, Vendor Management and Catalog.Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties and communicating with internal and external suppliers.Managing inbound flow from scheduling appointments to time of receives, communicating with carriers, the corporate transportation group, management and dock personnel, and planning inbound arrivals.Receiving Clerk – Mega monitor.
