Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Country Manager to develop and implement sales and business strategy for the Country and coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Board on strategic initiatives
* Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition, loyalty and awareness. Position the company as the Company of choice and undisputed market leader in the market.
* Maintain relationships with customers, retailers and suppliers.
* Review and evaluate competitors
* Create and implement effective business plans
* Develop effective action plans and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner
* Develop opportunities for expansion of business
* Develop trade marketing plans
* Develop team by recruiting training and motivating people
* Manage budgets
* Manage projects
Key Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience as Commercial Director in professional services
* Proven track record of leading a country or regional P&L in a B2B and B2B2C environment
* Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and build lasting client partnerships
* Exceptional leadership skills — experience recruiting, mentoring, and retaining senior talent
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian and English
* Entrepreneurial mindset: you move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and take full ownership of outcomes.
