PpThe Business Analyst Belly Platform Management is the link between ITA Airlines and Lufthansa Cargo related to the commercialization of ITA’s bellies. In this position, he/she strives to a continuous analysis, creation and optimization of processes and structures within the platform and prepares the necessary reports for management decisions. /p pSounds interesting? Analyze and evaluate market developments in relevant markets. /li liAssist the Global Platform Manager in its duties to be the single point of contact of the cargo activity on the ITA fleet both internally and externally. /li /ul ul liFulfillment and monitoring of platform budget. Analyze reasons of deviations and identify necessary corrective actions. /li liContinuously analyze and report platform KPI’s of relevant flight focusing on capacity availability, capacity utilization, revenue, yield, charge mix and quality. /li liSupport basic settings (Payloads, Hurdle Rates, Pre-Caps etc.) on the platform. /li liRestraint operational hurdles (processes and regulations). /li liSupport the implementation of marketing measures within the platform. /li liProvide analytical support for business case development for new ITA routes and when opening new stations. /li liAnalyze and provide necessary input concerning the RFS and flights networks. Safeguard the highest revenues on the ITA platform. /li liSupport central capacity control and steer ITA’s OCC. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pThe ideal Business Analyst Platform Management should meet the following requirements: /p ul liUniversity degree in Transport Management or Business/ economics preferably with emphasis on sales, commerce and /or logistics. /li /ul ul liMin. 8 years of relevant work experience in the logistics/ Air Cargo industry. /li liGood knowledge of Air Cargo’s processes and organization, and ability to connect own activities to a worldwide organization independently. /li liGood knowledge of Power BI and industry data sources. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liComputer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word PowerPoint). /li liSkills: Analytical skills, Business sense, Detail oriented, Communication skills, Understanding of mathematical concepts, Problem Solving, Productivity driven, Strategic Thinking. /li liPersonal competencies: Ability to work under pressure, Conflict management skills, Customer orientation, Flexibility, Initiative, Interpersonal skills, Team Work. /li /ul h3About Lufthansa Cargo AG /h3 pLufthansa Cargo Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is a subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft.
