The role will include contributing to the study of problems related to SSD IBIO-01 / A Bioengineering : - Development and validation of deep learning models for processing diagnostic images, with a particular focus on segmentation, detection, and classification of tumor lesions. - Development and validation of deep learning models for processing diagnostic biosignals. - Integration of intelligent systems into clinical workflows to support physicians in early diagnosis. The candidate must also support the drafting of project reports and the monitoring of progress (including milestones and deliverables). Additionally, they will assist in organizing events and workshops, including the establishment of committees. Required Skills : He / she will carry out technical / scientific support activities within the "D3- 4Health" project for the activities of the Polytechnic University of Bari. The knowledge of statistics for analysis of biomedical data and the knowledge of the main techniques for medical image and biomedical signal processing will be assessed. Knowledge, also through experience, of the methodologies for drafting project reports and monitoring progress (milestones and deliverables) and supporting the organization of events and workshops will be assessed.
