Description
As a Procurement Administrator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. * Coordinate and manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management
* Maintain and update procurement records and documentation
* Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods and services
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and costsaving opportunities
* Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies
* Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Generate reports and provide data analysis to support procurement decisionmaking
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
* Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
* Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management.
* Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
