Our core values: Integrity, Resiliency, Accountability, Curiosity, and Collaboration. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Consumer Research Data Manager is responsible for maintaining, managing and elevating the consumer research program executed through the client’s off‑site research panels. The primary focus of the role is to guide the off‑site testing program and staff and to work with the client lead and cross‑functional partners to ensure first‑class planning and execution of research studies as well as the growth of the consumer database. The Manager must understand and develop the consumer research program, maintain lasting, trust‑based relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction through meeting their research objectives and needs. The Manager will be proactive, consultative and be responsible for consumer database growth targets, working with the dedicated team to achieve them. /p h3Role Objectives /h3 ul liWork with Curion and client teams on contract and program development. /li liManage a small dedicated offsite team of consumer recruitment and logistics staff (including programmers and recruiters). /li liWork with the client lead and cross‑functional partners to manage the program, project scope and screener development as applicable. /li liCoordinate internal Curion Partnership Solutions and external Curion resources to ensure quality and timely delivery of results. /li liStay current with company offerings and industry trends. /li liBe a mentor to developing team members by encouraging curiosity and growth. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with client scientists and Curion on project scope. /li liCoordinate new requests to determine feasibility, develop study timelines and proposals which include incentive costs. /li liAttend all meetings that pertain to major decision making for all projects. /li liEnsure ongoing project management, including adherence to budgets and contractual requirements, project planning/scheduling, monitoring consumer recruitment progress and study questionnaire completion, execution, issue resolution, and incentive processing, alerting client scientists when targets are at risk. /li liEnsure recruitment screeners are drafted to target desired inclusion and exclusion criteria. /li liProvide regular updates through dashboard reports related to panel growth/utilization. /li liSet in place and adhere to testing protocols according to best practices. /li liCreate templated Excel files, updating NetSuite and sending complete files to Curion finance to be processed through Tremendous for payment. /li liUpdate Sales Orders with incentive amounts for each project to assist Insights Director with billing. /li liCreate and execute learning tools to transfer knowledge to direct reports and/or colleagues. /li liPerform consumer recruitment data analysis and craft reports for client project leads/scientists and present results as needed (study volumes, fill rates, etc.). /li liProvide supervision, technical direction, development and mentoring to direct reports. /li liWork flexible hours to accommodate research execution needs. /li liDetermine appropriate use of any of Curion’s added‑value support (e.g., recruiting, statistical, analytical, design, etc.). /li liWork collaboratively with Curion consumer marketing and operations team to track panel growth/engagement strategies and return on investment. /li liLead new data collection platform (RedJade) implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and research best practices are maintained through execution in the new platform. /li liOversee the collection of study data in RedJade, providing support to the Curion programming and project management team members, ensuring the client’s questionnaire guidelines are adhered to, and testing links to check for quality prior to launch. /li liAssist with first level escalations should there be challenges in field related to RedJade data collection. /li liCollaborate across all levels and functions, including but not limited to: /li ul liLead Project Update Meetings with the client and Curion teams. /li liInsights Manager. /li liSupervise recruitment for home use studies. /li liARCs troubleshooting. /li liIncentive payments. /li liTroubleshooting participant issues and complaints. /li liSOP creation and maintenance. /li /ul /ul h3Qualifications – Required /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of Consumer Research and/or Sensory Science project experience, including experience designing screening questionnaires. /li liBachelor’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related research field. /li li2+ years in a project team leadership function/role or management. /li liExperience in fundamentals of business analytics and reporting on key performance metrics. /li liStrong coach and mentor. /li liExperience overseeing budgets and expenses. /li liAbility to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services. /li liExperience developing internal processes and filing systems. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liStrong experience effectively collaborating across levels and functions. /li liProven success multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment. /li liHigh degree of ownership, accountability, and
