In this role, you will contribute to crafting\nimmersive brand experiences\nthat elevate product storytelling and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with\ncross-functional teams\nto develop scalable design solutions that support product visibility, functionality across different markets.

How you will contribute
\n
\n
- Translate brand vision into holistic retail design\nand\nvisual merchandising projects\nthat elevate the overall customer experience
\n
- Define and develop innovative retail and VM concept\nacross different touchpoints (VM tools, windows, in-store fixtures, pop-ups), ensuring engaging in-store experiences by integrating physical, digital, and interactive elements within the shop environment
\n
- Collaborate\nwith\ncross-functional teams\n(marketing, product, commercial) to ensure cohesive execution
\n
- Act as\nkey point of contact\nfor project briefs, from concept definition to execution, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and design excellence
\n
- Monitor and benchmark trends\nand best practices in luxury and tech to continuously evolve the brand’s retail approach
\n
- Develop detailed design packages,\nincluding renderings and technical drawings
\n
- Oversee production and implementation\nphases, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines and budgets
\n
\nWho you are\n
\n
- Master’s degree in\nDesign, Architecture\nor related fields
\n
- 4+ years of experience\nin retail design, preferably within consumer tech
\n
- Experience working on\nexperiential and phygital retail projects\nis a plus
\n
- Strong passion for\ntechnology\n, wearables, AI and\nluxury
\n
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, spatial design, and retail execution
\n
- Proficient in design tools (CAD software, 3D modelling, graphic design applications)
\n
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
