Overview Avio Aero - a GE Aerospace Company - seeks an HR Site Leader for the Brindisi site. Essential responsibilities Provide HR leadership at a stand-alone Avio Aero site and act as a member of the site leadership team, offering guidance and coaching to managers and employees within a complex business environment supporting multiple populations, products and customers with a focus on business growth and employee engagement. Lead and execute Union Relations strategies/plans and ensure they are integrated into the site business. Lead a team of employee HR managers and shape the site’s HR strategy to fulfill business priorities. Model and reinforce behaviors that reflect cultural aspirations, align HR processes, organizational structure and systems to deliver on strategy, progress culture and attract, retain and develop talent. Act as an employee and business advocate, promoting well-being, ensuring ethical and respectful processes and practices. Balance compliance and local labor regulations with business priorities. Establish positive relationships, be credible and approachable, coach others to solutions, use technology to generate analytics, identify trends, anticipate outcomes and make data-based decisions. Contribute to initiatives that enable the business strategy. Qualifications/Requirements Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics). Held leadership roles in HR plant management of mid/high complexity. Experience in Union Relations, matured in previous similar positions. Proven coaching and change agent capabilities, proactive and self-starter. Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders across the organization; comfortable with uncertainty and delivering in complex scenarios. Proficient with digital tools and media. Fluent in English and Italian. EU work permit. Desired Characteristics International experience. HR leadership program experience would be a plus.
