Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Global Wholesale Manager to join KIKO MILANO E-Commerce Team, reporting to the Global Head of Wholesale E-Commerce.Such talent is responsible for coordinating, planning, and enabling the performance and perfect execution of the Wholesale channel, both online and offline, acting as a central point of aggregation, analysis, and alignment between HQ and local teams.In particular, you will:Act as the main HQ contact point for KAMs and local Wholesale & Marketplace teams; participate in Wholesale Committees and support agenda preparationMonitor coherence and adherence to the agreed commercial strategy across partners and geographiesGather and consolidate Joint Business Plans from partners into a single, structured Activity Master Plan (AMP)Contribute, together with the Head of Channel, to the definition of yearly targets by partner and geographyGather and consolidate sales forecasts and planning inputs from all Key Account Managers across Wholesale and Marketplace partnersCollaborate with the Demand Planning team to support the development and execution of the S&OP process for Wholesale and MarketplaceCollect, analyse and monitor performance data from KAMs (e.G. sell-out by partner, SKU and point of sale; KIKO brand ranking within partner sales)Maintain and update partners' margin monitoring dashboards, perform relevant analyses and share insights with the Head of Channel, KAMs and Wholesale Committee when appropriateWhat you will need to succeed3/5 years of professional experience in Wholesale, Commercial Planning, Marketplaces, Sales Operations, Business Planning or similar roles, preferably in an international or multi-channel environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative / analytical fieldsProven experience working with Wholesale and/or Marketplace partners, including performance tracking, forecasting and commercial coordinationProven experience in commercial roles within similar industries, preferably in the beauty sectorStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with forecasting toolsFamiliarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is considered a plusExperience in cross-functional roles involving Demand Planning, Finance, Commercial or HQ teams is highly valuedFluency in English is a must haveWe would love if you hadBusiness acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial and new business building mindsetAbility to learn on the jobA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceStrong organizational skills with an ability to re- prioritize as required to meet deadlinesTeam playerAbility to multi-task and be action oriented; exercise independent judgement and decision-making
