Prepare documentation for monthly and yearly audit. Master data maitenance, etc.) - Custom Activities (ensure proper storage of proof of delivery linked to custom and tax topic, collect and provide information for Intrastat declaration, etc.) - Cash Book (record the basis information on the cash receipts and payment incl. bank deposits and withdrawals and ensure reconciliation with the bank statements) - Credit and Collections (Manage the MH credit policies in a region, country or business unit in accordance with the current guidelines, contact the customers with the overdue accounts or other to arrange the payments, negotiate the payment schedules and contracts and follow up the accounts to ensure that arrangements are met, etc. - Report and Dashboard (support finance team in developing new financial Report and Dashboard through Power Bi - Waste Management (support logistics and quality department in waste management and ensure that proper documentation is issued and maintained. - Your Profile- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field of education with specialization in accounting; - Experience: Min. 1 year of relevant work experience (depending on scope of job responsabilities); - Required Skills: SAP knowledge (FI/CO); MS Office skills. - Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Are you full of ideas?
