Academic degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management (or equivalent) within your specialist area Experience in a multi-unit facilities management organization Technical understanding of all aspects of a building and connected equipment; knowledge of asset management (maintenance and repair history, reinvestment planning) Ability to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment Understanding of main Facility Management business processes (e.g., work order management for urgent, planned, and reactive maintenance; contract and supplier management) at the site level Knowledge of transforming operations to become climate positive and contribute to a circular society Experience in delivering, organizing, and following up on 'hard' services (technical maintenance, IKEA Food equipment) and familiarity with relevant IT tools within Facility Management Strong communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of Arabic and Egyptian languages is a plus PURPOSE OF JOB We aim to deliver safe, compliant, sustainable, and innovative property solutions—focusing on democratic design and lifecycle cost.
