Our client, a leading B2B manufacturing company, is currently looking for a: Production Planner Aim\nThe resource will be responsible for translating demand into an actionable production plan that balances production flow, efficiency, cost, and quality—ensuring that products are produced on time. Areas of responsibility:\nDevelop daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on demand, capacity\nOptimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to consistently meet production targets\nEnsure raw materials and components are available for production\nBalance workload across machines and shifts; identify bottlenecks\nMonitor WIP and finished goods inventory levels to prevent over/understock\nAnalyze production data and KPIs\nGenerate reports\nAdjust plans in response to changes in demand, supply delays, or breakdowns Requirements:\nDegree in engineering or equivalent qualifications\nRelevant professional experience in similar roles within the Manufacturing sector, ideally from mass production contexts\nKnowledge of ERP/MRP Systems, Production Scheduling Tools and MS Office\nOrganization & Time Management\nProblem solving\nCommunication & Collaboration\nResults orientation\nTeam working & Proactivity\nItalian and English Fluent Location: Province of Ancona
