You’ll implement immediate corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent product quality. /li liOversee daily operations solve problems: You supervise daily quality issues, from raw material checks to product complaints, and implement immediate corrective actions. /li liImplement quality policies: You turn strategic business goals into practical, actionable plans. You’ll guide your colleagues, helping them solve day‑to‑day challenges with proactive improvements. /li liDrive process product improvement: You lead initiatives to continuously improve both products and processes, enhancing quality, efficiency, and consistency. You’ll collaborate with RD to optimize formulas and support new product development. /li liSupport RD and product innovation: You provide quality guidance during product development and optimization projects, ensuring new and existing products meet nutritional standards, regulatory requirements, and operational feasibility. /li liManage complaints implement corrective actions: You analyze product complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures to continuously enhance quality. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liYou have (a first) experience in a quality role and are familiar with quality management systems. /li liYou have a solid knowledge of petfood legislation, regulatory requirements, and certification standards, and know how to turn these into practical, workable solutions. /li liYou are hands‑on and feel at home in a dynamic production environment.
