Descrizione TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST The Transformation Specialist supports the steering of the transformation (prioritization, planning and monitoring of initiatives) supporting project management and defining the guidelines for project governance Main Activities and Responsibilities - Monitor that transformation projects are aligned with the strategic priorities and direction, supporting the prioritization in terms of capacity and budget allocation - Ensure correct visibility on project progress, roadblocks, key decisions and results (through KPI, periodic updates, and other metrics) - Provide Project Management support to the Organization for selected initiatives (ex. planning, staffing, stakeholder management, business analysis) - Ensure the adoption of the Project Governance Model at company level through change management activities, providing guidelines and standards for project management and promoting project culture - Ensure the understanding through-out the Organization Sede di lavoro:San Giuliano Milanese (MI) smartworking (3 da remoto - 2 in sede) Azienda For his Strategy, Growth and Transformation Department our client, leader in Logistic & Transportation field, is looking for a:: Requisiti Requisiti -Degree in STEM or Economy/Management field (preferably) -6 experience in the program management and/ or project management -Problem solving and critical thinking skills -Strong communication, writing and analytical skills -Exposure to top management roles and interaction -English proficiency (written and spoken) - Mettiamo a disposizione manager e consulenti altamente qualificati, con esperienza nell'IT.
