Skills and Competencies
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendar).
* Good organizational skills.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Fluency in English and Italian.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Strong teamwork orientation.

Research is dedicated to persons protected by Law 68 of March 12th 1999: placement of people with disabilities and protected categories.

Education

Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating meeting requests, including setting up appointments and arranging conference rooms. It also includes daily office maintenance tasks and occasionally supporting administrative assistants with various office issues.

Front Desk Management and Meeting Coordination
* Be the first contact person in Reception to monitor staff and visitor arrivals and departures.
* Greet visitors professionally.
* Answer phones promptly and courteously, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
* Coordinate with backup admins to ensure coverage.
* Assist in processing meeting requests, reserving rooms, arranging security passes, refreshments, and handouts.
Office Management & Maintenance
* Ensure daily office maintenance, including kitchen, coffee machine, meeting rooms, public areas, and printer rooms.
General Secretarial Support
* Occasionally support Administrative Assistants with various tasks.
* Organize post deliveries and couriers.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
