Our Client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for an: Organizational Development Manager – Operations The resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company's Operations department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives. Areas of responsibility: Organizational Design: develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities. Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestones Organization Development: to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementation Change Management: act as a change agent supporting the business Project Management: manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level Governance: plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structured Requirements: Master's Degree in Engineering or related Field 5+ years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Organizational transformation projects Stakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change Management Background in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and Improvement Strong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization English fluent, any other language is considered a plus Location: Milan, Italy
