As part of the development team and in alignment with corporate governance and methodological guidelines, the selected candidate – belonging to the Protected Categories under Italian Law 68/99 – will support the rollout, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications aimed at meeting the company’s strategic and operational goals.
The Business Analyst will bring added value across the entire software development life cycle, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze, define, and contribute to the design of software solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Support organizational changes at Agency level as needed.
* Assess existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and requirements for new operational workflows.
* Actively manage issues and propose pragmatic, effective solutions.
* Track deviations from the initial plan agreed with the Rollout Management Team.
* Prepare and deliver progress reports to all relevant stakeholders.
* Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Professional Requirements
* Previous experience (even short-term) in business analysis, requirement gathering, or IT project support.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret operational needs.
* Problem-solving attitude and structured work approach.
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Legal Requirements
* Mandatory: Registration in the Protected Categories (L.68/99).
