Role purpose: Another important aspect of this role is to manage the in-life cycle of the solution designed, covering feedback, improvements and continuous product releases. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Responsible for the functional design of the new enhancements of the campaign systems of the area - Responsible of the test strategy design and execution of the project of the area - Governance of outsourced Suppliers involved in the area providing supervision and guidance to developments - Responsibility of the developments and on-going support of CVM systems (resolving technical problems as they arise) - Collaborate strictly with Operation teams in order to assure the best E2E service to the final customers - Manage the activities assigned to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines with high quality and in an Agile work environment. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Knowledge of the software lifecycle methodology - Knowledge of some campaign automation solutions, preferred knowledge of HCL Unica/Interact Campaign and or Pega CDH - Knowledge of the main data integration technologies - Fluent in speaking and writing in English Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Experience in design and development digital solutions for final customers - Previous experience in a system integrator company preferred - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Academic Background: Telecommunication or Software computer engineering preferred Key performance indicators: - High quality of the solution designed and delivered - Full autonomy of activities
