You will join our IT eCommerce team, supporting digital transformation and platform optimization projects in an international context.

Responsibilities
*
* Gather and document requirements for eCommerce platform enhancements and new features
* Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
* Prepare configuration guidelines for eCommerce solutions
* Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
* Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
* Identify gaps in existing eCommerce functionalities and propose improvements
* Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
* Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams
Qualifications
*
* 5‑7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT eCommerce projects
* Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for eCommerce platforms
* Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
* Experience in digital transformation or platform optimization projects
* Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
* English and Italian fluent
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Adaptability in multicultural environments
