Job Purpose
The Marketing Communications Specialist supports the planning and execution of Hyfire’s marketing and communication activities across international markets.
The role focuses on brand visibility, demand generation and partner enablement, leading marketing execution across digital channels, events and campaigns, in close collaboration with external agencies, with a particular focus on the UK, Italy and Spain.
Functional Accountabilities
* Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Hyfire’s brand positioning and go‑to‑market priorities.
* Ensure effective localisation and consistency of marketing activities across English, Italian and Spanish markets.
* Support international partners and distributors with marketing campaigns, materials and clear usage guidelines.
* Contribute to the planning and coordination of digital marketing activities, including websites and landing pages, email marketing and newsletters, social media content and campaigns
* Support the development, adaptation and rollout of marketing content and assets, including brochures, presentations, datasheets and toolkits.
* Plan and support events, exhibitions and webinars, in collaboration with sales teams and partners, ensuring consistent messaging before, during and after each event.
* Act as the main point of contact for external agencies and graphic designers, providing clear briefs, coordinating activities and overseeing delivery.
Location: any of the Hyfire offices (Honiley, Milan, Muggia, Madrid). Availability for frequent international travel required.
Skills / Experience
* University degree in a relevant subject;
a marketing qualification is highly preferred.
* 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing communications role, with proven ability to contribute to and execute integrated marketing activities.
* Experience supporting brand positioning, campaign planning and content development.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics for different audiences.
* Experience working with external agencies and creative partners.
* Exposure to international or multi‑market marketing environments.
* B2B marketing experience preferred.
* Languages: Fluent English, Italian and Spanish.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across cross‑functional and international teams.
