THE ROLE
NGG is looking for a Junior Treasurer who will report to the Senior Treasury Manager. In line with the Treasury policies and consistently with the organization needs, you will contribute to the optimization of Treasury activities in general (with a particular focus on Treasury operations optimization) and support the team in implementing Treasury best practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Weekly Payment run preparation
2. Daily bank reconciliations
3. Participate to cash flow forecasting process
4. Provide support in analyzing and building cash flow variance (actual VS forecast and actual VS budget)
5. Work on Treasury month end reporting activities
6. Analyze cash operations, and build ad hoc report to track KPIs
7. Monitor intercompany loans and credit lines
8. Support Treasury Manager in various Treasury ad-hoc activities and projects.
WHO YOU ARE
9. Degree in Economics or related field
10. At least 2 years’ experience in treasury/cash flow role, preferably in structured fashion, luxury or retail Companies
11. Advanced Proficiency in Excel
12. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
14. Able to work independently and within a cross-functional team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
15. Knowledge of Navision and Piteco is a plus
