Retail Market Analyst
to join the Commercial division.

What you’ll do
Support the definition and execution of the commercial calendar, including pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and free‑shipping policies.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key business trends and customer behavior across markets, product categories, and brands.
Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities aimed at optimizing sales performance and profitability.
Evaluate the effectiveness of major commercial initiatives (e.g., markdowns, promotional offers, free‑shipping campaigns) and determine the most efficient mix for each market.
Drive measurable improvements in sales performance and key P&L; metrics, including revenue and margin.
Collaborate with the Merchandising team to review category performance and emerging trends across different markets.
Work closely with the Marketing team to build robust customer profiles and develop actionable recommendations to support performance targets.
Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarking to propose new approaches and foster continuous business improvement.
Oversee and ensure the accurate execution of strategic initiatives designed to maximize overall business value.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Engineering
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or equivalent analytical roles, developed in corporate or consulting contexts, combining analytical rigor with hands‑on management of commercial and strategic projects in a global, cross‑functional environment
Excellent analytical skills and a proactive mindset; strong knowledge of SQL or Databricks is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and its key features (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to manage dynamic workloads, pressure, and tight deadlines
A proactive, solution‑oriented approach and an “out‑of‑the‑box” mindset
