Job Title: Site Manager

Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major data centre project in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring all electrical installations and associated works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all site activities related to electrical systems on the data centre project.
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor progress and report on key milestones, issues, and risks.
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks on electrical installations.
* Ensure full compliance with local regulations, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
* Electrical or MEP experience preferable
* Ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Fluent in English; Italian language skills a strong advantage.
* Right to work in the EU.
