JOB OPENING – Architect / Interior DesignerBlue Lagoon Design, based in Milan, is responsible for the interior design of Blue Lagoon destinations in Iceland, contributing to the creation of immersive experiences that are fully aligned with the brand's identity.The design activity embraces a wide range of functional areas— from wellness to hospitality —covering the creation of spas, resorts, innovative lagoon concepts, and hotel facilities across categories from 3-star to ultra-luxury 5+ star standards.Position We are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer with proven experience in the hospitality and wellness sector, capable of independently managing multiple projects within the Blue Lagoon universe and providing technical support to creative development from concept to execution.Key Responsibilities Development of creative concepts and presentationsPreparation of tender drawings using RevitReview and coordination of shop drawings during the production phase with suppliersCoordination with internal teams and architectural design consultantsRequirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Design, with knowledge of construction methods in the contract furniture sectorExcellent proficiency in Revit and RhinoExcellent command of English, both written and spokenAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and communication skillsLocation Milan, with the possibility of travel to Iceland if requiredContract Fixed-term contract for maternity cover, with a minimum duration of 12 months.
