Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Aircraft Programs ** unit, specifically within the JSF LOB, we are looking for a **Contract Manager ** for our Cameri office.The resource will be responsible for one of the F-35 business streams, with the following main responsibilities: * Act as a focal point for contractual communications to and from the Lockheed Martin client; * Ensure the management of the active cycle and all contractual aspects throughout the entire project/contract lifecycle; * Contract management aimed at achieving contractual milestones; * Support for the optimization of financial flows, the promotion of recovery actions and the acceleration of collections in coordination with the competent UOs; * Management of contractual data through the SAP system; * Formulate, negotiateand manage any contract modifications; * Preparation of Program meetings with all involved operating units, ensuring the availability of relevant reporting for the aspects of competence; * Develop and monitor contractual performance KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary; * Contribute to the identification and evaluation of risks; * Ensure activities ofcompetence to comply with Trade Compliance requirements. **Education: ** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering. **Seniority: ** Junior **Technical knowledge and skills: *** Understanding/Management of contract economics and scheduling; * Understanding of contract structure and Terms and Conditions. **Behavioral skills: *** Strong problem-solving skills and results-orientation; * Attitude for teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration; * Autonomy and proactivity in carrying out assigned activities; * Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines. **Language skills: *** Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, B2 level; **Computer skills: *** Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; * Previous knowledge and ability to use SAP Commercial and Microsoft Project is a plus. **Other: **Availability for national and international travel. xivgfpx By working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, enhance your skills and build a professional path of excellence. **Seniority: ** Junior **Primary Location: ** IT - Cameri - Loc.
