This role oversees the full admissions lifecycle, leads relational excellence with families, and acts as a key partner to academic leadership, marketing and operations in shaping the school’s positioning and sustainable development. /p pJob Posting Date: 20 Jan 2026 /p pLocation: Venice, IT /p pJob ID: 8419 /p pSchool: H-Farm Venice /p pCompany: Nord Anglia Education /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libAdmissions Strategy Leadership /b ul liDefine and lead the school’s admissions strategy in line with overall growth objectives and market positioning. /li liOversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for all prospective families. /li liSet priorities, timelines and performance indicators for admissions activities, monitoring outcomes and impact. /li /ul /li libFamily Engagement Relationship Leadership /b ul liAct as a senior ambassador of the school, building trusted, long-term relationships with prospective and current families. /li liLead high-level admissions meetings, interviews and consultations with a personalised, consultative approach. /li liEnsure that every interaction reflects the school’s values of care, transparency and partnership. /li /ul /li libProcess Excellence /b ul liContinuously review and improve admissions workflows, tools and touchpoints to enhance efficiency and experience. /li liEnsure consistency of messaging and approach across all admissions communications. /li /ul /li libData, Forecasting Reporting /b ul liOwn admissions data governance, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and effective use of CRM systems. /li liAnalyse application, conversion and enrolment trends to inform forecasting and strategic decision-making. /li liPrepare regular reports and insights for school leadership, contributing to planning and resource allocation. /li /ul /li libCompliance Quality Assurance /b ul liEnsure full compliance with internal policies, safeguarding standards and data protection regulations. /li liOversee documentation, records management and ethical standards across all admissions activities. /li /ul /li libCross-functional Collaboration /b ul liWork closely with Marketing to align admissions strategy with brand positioning, campaigns and outreach initiatives. /li liCollaborate with Academic and Administrative teams to support student placement, onboarding and retention. /li liRepresent admissions in leadership discussions, open days, events and external partnerships. /li /ul /li /ul h3Essential /h3 h3Required Skills/Abilities /h3 ul liMinimum 5+ years of experience in admissions, enrolment management, international education or comparable leadership roles. /li liProven experience working with international and multicultural communities. /li liExcellent command of written and spoken English; Italian and additional languages are a strong asset. /li liStrong proficiency with CRM systems, digital tools and data-driven reporting. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience in international schools and familiarity with IB or comparable international curricula. /li liDemonstrated experience in admissions leadership, forecasting and strategic planning. /li liBackground in education marketing, communications or customer experience management. /li liExperience with regard to the legal value of different accreditations, visa procedures and requests for recognition of the legal value of qualifications issued /li /ul h3Leadership Competencies Personal Qualities /h3 ul liStrong relational leadership, with high emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. /li liStrategic mindset combined with operational rigour and attention to detail. /li liAbility to lead through influence and collaboration. /li liExcellent organisational and decision-making skills in complex, fast-paced environments. /li liCommitment to service excellence, continuous improvement and ethical practice. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
