Team Leader – Rail Vehicle Maintenance (Roma – IT)

Accountabilities
* Coordinate service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, focusing on continuous cost, time and quality improvement.
* Manage documentation for ongoing maintenance and ensure correct use of tools and equipment for service activities.
* Promote safety compliance in maintenance locations, reporting non‑conformities to supervisors.
* Lead shift resources (7/7 h16) to support skills development and teamwork.
Required Skills & Knowledge
* Experience performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably in the railroad industry.
* ANSF certifications – National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) – preferred for work on train safety organs.
* High school diploma (preferable Technical – Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).
* Proficiency in Italian (mandatory); basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
