Responsibilities: - Continuously update clients on Abbott technology to provide maximum value in therapeutic solutions. - Provide technical support in the operating room for implants and during pre-procedural screenings. - Build personal relationships with clients, offering support tailored to their scientific and technological needs. - Act as the main interface for implementing client-specific educational, marketing, and clinical initiatives in line with company strategies. - Manage commercial responsibilities for the assigned territory. - Maintain contact with the Bids and CS office during offer preparation and order/return management. - Implement local training activities and therapy development in the assigned territory. - Establish partnerships with major medical-scientific associations to develop training programs for doctors and nurses. - Maintain a positive working relationship with medical staff and provide data and support to the Area Manager. - Achieve sales targets. - Conduct inventory checks. - Launch new products in the territory, adhering to company strategies and tactics. - Regularly attend company meetings and presentations, providing market intelligence analysis on competition monitoring and updated forecasts. - Act in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, planning and result orientation, and effective communication. Requirements: - Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the biomedical sector. - English language proficiency: B1-B2. - Strong team-working skills, proactive approach, and optimistic outlook.
