Position
Bulgari Spa, within the Advertising & Promotion Investment & Governance department based in Rome, is searching for an Advertising & Promotion Budget Analyst. The selected person will actively and constantly support the Global Marketing and Communications Department in the achievement of business goals, building a “numeric” culture within the team and a KPI oriented model in A&P Investments.
Job responsibilities
Main Accountabilities
* Actasaprojectmanager, coordinating all activities needed to optimize A&P investments, in order to enhance business performance and guarantee governance;
* Beareliablestakeholderforbothmarketing&communicationandfinanceteams,aswellasfortopmanagement,providingadequate, accurate and on time analysis onmarketingandcommunicationsperformance;
* Providemeaningful,actionableinsights,advice,andrecommendationsonhistoricandfuturemarketingandcommunicationperformance to the company leadership;
* Monitor Period Performance and Execution of marketing&communication projects and routines;
* Explain,presentandanalyzetheA&PperformanceoftheCompany,transforminginformationintoinsightsandactionabledecisions;
* Build-up budget and relevant revisions, preparing the bottom-up by department,according to the established targets and deadlines; give strategic advice on the costsavingandmarginimprovement;
* Beresponsibleofcorporateandlocalreporting of the company and the coordination of the reporting for all areas, according to deadlines; develop appropriate ad-hoc reporting satisfying specific information needs;
* Understand firm systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting.
Profile
Qualifications
* 2 years of relevant experience in the finance department - experience abroad will be considered a plus;
* Financial Reporting and Analysis techniques;
* Analytical skills to plan and analyze business performance;
* Strong numerical ability supported by business awareness;
* Fluency in Italian and English.
