Are you an experienced Process Engineering Team Leader with a passion for improving production processes?

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to guide our international team in optimizing production lines and equipment, creating quality products and processes.
You will coordinate daily production activities, participate in Value Stream Boards, oversee the design of new production equipment, ensure safety compliance, and optimize ergonomics.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality, products, and process standards.
* Manage decisions regarding investments in automation, such as robotization, AMR, and automatic storage systems, supported by AI tools for continuous improvement.
* Lead the industrialization and ramp-up of new products, including all phases from pre-series to full production and PPAP documentation.
* Identify best practices to improve manufacturing areas and oversee successful implementation.
* Analyze, control, and optimize assembly costs, focusing on cost-saving opportunities and processing time improvements.
* Drive continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing tools like VSM, 5S, Time Studies, and Kaizen, including quality problem resolution.
Qualifications
* Educational background in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies in the automation industry.
* Strong knowledge of MTO and ATO production processes with small lots and high product mix.
* Expertise in assembly processes, times, methods, and Ocra analysis.
* Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and TPM principles.
* Proficiency with quality tools such as 8D reports, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
* Knowledge of ISO-TS / IATF 16949 standards.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
