Procurement Business Processes Analyst
We're looking for a Procurement Business Processes Analyst to join our Quality & Procurement department at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The role is responsible for defining and performing Procurement reporting within the organization. This involves collecting data from various sources (e.g. SAP, Jaggaer), including reports and documentation of Procurement processes, performing data analysis and interpretations with the support of Procurement team, and measuring the effectiveness of Procurement systems and processes through KPIs and metrics.
* Collecting relevant Procurement data from various sources, including reports and documentations of Procurement processes, applying defined processes, methods and tools and ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of the collected data
* Performing Procurement data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and gaining meaningful information and insights, applying statistical methods, data visualization techniques, and data mining approaches to interpret the data
* Applying KPIs and Procurement metrics to measure the effectiveness of Procurement management system and processes, supporting in identifying performance gaps and potential risks
* Preparing accurate reports on time based on defined reporting framework, responsive to stakeholders needs and effectively communicating Procurement performance and trends
* Presenting finding results to internal / external stakeholders
* Definyng and improve reporting methods and systems
* You have previous experience (2-3 years) in data analysis
* You have a Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
* Knowledge of SAP and BI system is a plus
* You have a good command of the MS Office suite
* You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
