Job Overview

Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and optimize firmware for ovens, induction hobs, and dishwashers.
* Work with C language on microcontrollers like Microchip, ST, and Renesas.
* Develop firmware on real-time systems without OS.
* Manage low-level registers, peripherals, memory, interrupts, and communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, LIN BUS).
* Handle touch management, calibration, and performance optimization.
* Read and understand existing code, including reverse engineering.
* Maintain and update existing software.
* Perform module and integration testing.
* Use GIT for version control, and debugging tools like Keil, IAR, GCC, GDB.
* Debug hardware and software on PCB, analyze schematics, and use test equipment.
* Manage software releases and documentation.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of embedded firmware development experience on 8 / 16 / 32-bit microcontrollers.
* Proficiency in C language and embedded systems, including touch display technology.
* Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Soft skills : flexibility, problem solving, teamworking, critical thinking.
