PbMission /bbr/Consistently manage the assigned jobs by delivering what we promise, meeting or improving timing and margin. /ppbGoals /bbr/The PMs’ goals can be summarized as follows:br/ /polliMeet/improve the job’s budget; /liliMeet/improve the job schedule; /liliAchieve/exceed the Customer Satisfaction rate; /liliDevelop and submit the agreed documents and reporting within the agreed time; /liliManage job’s risks by proper identification and mitigation plan; /liliManage opportunities to grow project’s revenues and GPs. /li /olh3Responsibilities /h3pThe PMs tasks include:br/ /polliRead and understand the contractual terms to consistently deliver the supply in compliance with all the contractual obligations; /liliEarly identification of project risks and early adoption of appropriate countermeasures; /liliManage the relationship with customers under any aspect, including in-out official correspondence, calling/attending meetings, minor contractual changes (within the DOA’s limits); /liliManage sub-contractors, suppliers, and purchasing processes; /liliLead the resources appointed to the job, ensuring timely and consistent deliveries; /liliOrganization of project team including leadership, setting of priorities and dates, conflict management, team motivation; /liliEnsure coordination and communication within the project team; /liliComply with the “reporting plan” sending requested reports on the requested date with reliable data; /liliCreate and update the Job Schedule on a regular basis; /liliSupport sales department with contract negotiation, contract closure, and time schedules; /liliSpecial and ancillary tasks which essentially belong to the field of activity on the instructions of superiors. /li /olpThe PM is authorized to:br/ /polliSign job’s correspondence to Customers and Vendors; /liliSign POs within DOA’s limits; /liliAuthorize per project related function’s budget for labor, TL within the limits set by DOA. /li /olpbSafety and Quality related responsibilities /bbr/The PMs are responsible for the rigorous application of the company rules with regard to project development, the accuracy of reported data, and the respect of the contractual/agreed deadlines.br/Compliance to Safety is priority one for Anaergia and the execution, consisting of design, erection, and start-up, represents critical phases in respect of safety risks. /ppThe PMs are called to respect all general and project-specific safety rules, applying and ensuring application of all prescriptions to the best of their ability/authority. /ph3Job Qualifications /h3pbEducational competencies and working experience /b /polliHolds a technical diploma or graduation in:br/olliCivil Engineering /liliMechanical Engineering /liliElectrical Engineering /liliChemical Engineering /li /ol /liliHave matured experience as Project Manager in the Industrial Plant business. /li /olpbTechnical / Specialist competencies /bbr/The PMs have the following technical skillsets:br/ /polliDeeply understands and is able to manage contracts for supplying complex plants; /liliExperienced in managing relationships with Customers; /liliExperienced in leading and coordinating the assigned resources; /liliAcknowledged in project administration; /liliUsed to create and manage detailed job schedules; /liliSkilled in purchasing; /liliMother tongue level in local language; /liliFluent in English. /li /olpThe following side competencies would also be good to have:br/ /polliBiogas specific competence. /li /olpbCross-functional competencies /bbr/To make their job with the right “sense of priority” the PMs have to understand how their activity affects other functions as well as how other functions can influence either positively or negatively the achievement of their goals.
