Our mission is to shape the Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and digital solutions of tomorrow, PCP is the value generating partner, creating digital control solutions for industries. /p pAs the Business Analyst for PCP Information Systems (IS), you will be the primary responsible for supporting, enhancing and innovating solutions for RD, Product Management and Go-To-Market processes. You will be our liaison who listens, understands and captures needs from our business stakeholders and translating them into requirements for IS. You are part of each project from start to end. /p pYou will work primarily with PTC Windchill Product Management Lifecycle (PLM) technologies and also with different tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Jira, other Office 365 tools on a daily basis. /p pYou will be part of a globally distributed Business process and IS team with members working across the value chain to support different functions such as RD, Product management, Sales, Service etc. As part of your role, you will interact mainly with RD product owners, project managers, design engineers, developers as well as with IS community. /p pThe work model for the role is: hybrid at the given locations. /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrimary Business Process Owner and SPOC for RD, Product Management and Go-to-Market Processes /li liCapture document Pain Points, Risks Opportunities, Requirements Use Cases /li liAct as the bridge between Business and IT by translating business processes and requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the IS community. /li liGuide and support IS project teams, IS Application Managers Application Process Managers, for related RD applications/tools/process improvements and mandatory security compliance assessments. /li liLead, coach or support future projects to improve PLM linked processes within PCP as required. /li liCommunicate status and health of existing or new processes / projects to management. /li liAssists in Request for Proposal / Information (RFP/RFI) – refers to running different bids from external /internal vendors for an upcoming project or solution /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul li6-8 years of relevant professional experience /li liStrong knowledge of RD Business Processes, related to product lifecycle management go-to-market /li liGood Listener and Communicator with technical RD and L3-L4 Support Personnel; to build trust. /li liStrong Requirements Management and Change Management skills /li liExperience of managing or working in a virtual team, driving or supporting projects and understanding of demands of large and globally distributed RD IS teams. /li liFluency in written and spoken English. /li liBachelor’s degree or master’s degree in information systems (IS) or Engineering degree in Electrical or similar field required /li liKnowledge of PTC Windchill PLM technology (or equivalent), or a willingness to learn the basics /li liUnderstanding of the automation industry, or an interest in developing this knowledge /li liExperience in defining and driving IT projects for RD process improvements, or readiness to learn and contribute in this area /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pThe Process Control Platform (PCP) lays the foundation of PA’s business area with proven and innovative technology.
