Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and start-up of Grundfos pump systems and related equipmentDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues in the fieldConduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend system upgrades to optimize performanceProvide technical guidance and training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipmentDocument all service activities, generate detailed reports, and maintain accurate records in service management systemsCollaborate with sales and application engineering teams to identify opportunities for service agreements and retrofits
What makes you a great fitAbove all, you are a hands‐on technical problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent customer‐facing skills, and a drive to keep critical systems running. We would also imagine that you have:
3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial mechanical systemsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and VFDsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematicsValid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites regularly
It is a plus if you also
Experience with Grundfos products or similar centrifugal pump technologiesFamiliarity with BMS/SCADA integration and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet)Relevant technical certification or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related trade
