This role offers hands‐on leadership in a fast‐paced, high‐reward setting with a clear impact on customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise hourly associates, team leads, and data analysts in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem‐solving operations.Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment.Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to apply policies and procedures.Coordinate inventory control, QA, and problem‐solving in line with network strategies and SOX compliance.Plan shifts, forecast demand, and assign work.Oversee projects to streamline processes, raise quality, and boost productivity.Review KPIs and conduct quality analyses affecting inventory integrity and customer experience.Develop and train FC managers and associates to build leadership talent.Gain process knowledge of fulfillment center paths and exceptions to drive continuous improvement.Interview and train managers and associates, supporting talent development.QualificationsDegree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management.Experience in data analysis and familiarity with data sets and tools.Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written).Advanced MS Office usage, especially Excel. xivgfpx Experience leading teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
