This role involves drafting highfidelity designs in Figma based on our established requirements with a focus on the clients website look and feel.The key responsibilities include:Designs: Build upon highfidelity designs in Figma using existing requirements client branding and website aesthetics.Workshop: Assist an onsite workshop in London or Southampton with the client and internal team to design and iterate customer ideas and requirementsIterative Design Refinement: Use insights from the workshop to refine or recreate designs as necessary.Customer Review Session: Conduct a halfday review session with the client to ensure design alignment.Development: Participate in initial development sprints to provide UX/UI expertise and qualitycontrol for design during the initial development sprints.Final Design Delivery: Finalize and deliver designs by the end of October or early November to allow for timely development of frontend website pages.Important to have: Proficiency in Figma and experience creating UI designs for web projects.Strong understanding of UI design principles including layout color theory and typography.Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining regular communication with the team.Experience conducting client workshops and design reviews to gather requirements and feedback.Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects preferably with experience working on corporate or client websites.
