Manpower is currently recruiting a QHS (Quality, Health & Safety) Specialist on behalf of Tethis.
Tethis is a highly innovative company active in the Milan area. Their focus is on developing a new workflow for cancer diagnosis.
In this context, we are looking for a Quality, Health and Safety Specialist to join their Quality and Regulatory Affairs office to support maintenance and improvement of the internal QHS Integrated System.
The new resource is expected to be able to:
- perform daily operations related to the maintenance of the internal quality and health&safety system
- support the QHSE Manager on "training timetable" planning and implementation;
- support process operators and supervisors in drafting internal procedures and instructions;
- participate as auditor in the internal audit programme;
- collaborate to the QHSE system changes (documentation drafting, participation in system management software changes, supplier selection);
- support in daily operations related to externalized dangerous waste management.
Preferred experience:
- 1/3 years' experience as quality specialist in a highly regulated company
- Qualification and experience as ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 auditor
Training and basic competencies:
- Technicalscientific bachelor's degree
- Proficient Italian and English knowledge, both written and oral
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Courses on ISO 13485 standard
