We are looking for a native or fluent Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English)
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
Native or fluent in Italian
Good command of English (B1+ or higher)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
Paid training and ongoing support
Full relocation support including flight within the EU and temporary accommodation
