IMPACT Partners, a leading European Impact Investment Fund, is looking for its future intern in its social investment team. The 6-month internship is based in our Milan office.
IMPACT Partners was founded in 2007 with the conviction that financial and social performances must be combined. The fund invests in companies developing strong social impacts in the fields of economic integration, inclusive education, and health.
The company is experiencing strong growth and now manages €350m. The fund invests between €2m and €15m per company to scale ambitious and socially impactful companies across Europe.
IMPACT Partners’ team consists of 40 professionals across the Paris headquarters and local offices in Copenhagen, Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Milan.

MISSIONS
The candidate will participate in developing the Group's Italian Office.
Reporting to the Italian investment team, the candidate will work closely with local Partners, Directors, Managers, and colleagues in other offices. Main responsibilities include :
* Sourcing investment opportunities in collaboration with investment directors,
* Analyzing investment opportunities (preliminary analysis, market research, company valuation, financial modeling, strategic analysis, etc.),
* Participating in strategic meetings with company executives,
* Contributing to the investment process (investment memorandum, financial modeling, negotiations with managers, advisors, lawyers, etc.),
* Monitoring portfolio companies and supporting quarterly reports (collecting and analyzing company documents, portfolio valuation, etc.)
PROFILE
* Business School or University student, preferably in Business, Finance, or Economics.
* Native Italian speaker, fluent in English and French.
* Interest in entrepreneurship and investment.
* Strong analytical, written, and oral skills.
* Autonomous, team player, and personable.
* Passionate about impact investing and social issues.
